1. Call us first between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday for a free market appraisal of your item - we will conduct some online research to help estimate its value and call you back. Then simply drop your item/s off to our drop off point that you'd like to sell on ebay. During the check-in process we will work with you to capture any key copy points you'd like to make in your eBay listing. Once you're checked in, we place the stuff in our store inventory and hand you a receipt. Then we get to work, photographing and listing your item on eBay (normally within 1 to 2 days).

2. Once we have listed your stuff on eBay, we will send you an email with a link to the ebay auction, so that you can watch all the action as it occurs. Many of our sellers tell us this part of auction is as fun as getting their final cheque!

After your item/s sells, we collect payment and professionally ship
your stuff to the winning bidder. Once the transaction is completed,
we send you a cheque. Or, if you prefer, we can send the proceeds
to your favourite charity (payment is posted within 5 days after receiving
cleared funds from the buyer). |
